Basic facts progress

Kia ora

Here is my basic facts progress for this year. In Term 1 I was working on Stage 5 and I got a score of 34/60. In Term 2, my basic facts score for Stage 5 was 0/60 so my teachers said I was ready for Stage 6. So, I did the Stage 6 test and got 25/45. There is some hard stuff on Stage 6 but I’m lucky because we have some expert kids in Team Moana who can help us.

Hello. We have been doing some maths assessments. Here is my result for Stage 5 sequencing and ordering numbers.

I got 4/12 of the learning outcomes. I need to work on skip counting.

Hello. We have been doing some maths assessments. Here is my result for Stage 5 place value. I got 5/8 of the learning outcomes. I need to work on groupings of 10s in a 3 digit number, groupings to 100 & groupings of 2 in numbers to 20.

This week we started making our learning ladder about Stage 5 numeracy knowledge. Here are my results so far. The Gold for glory shows what I know and the Blue to do is what I don’t know yet.

A couple of weeks ago we did a maths test, and our teacher has made us a results sheet so we can see our score we got, here is a picture of my results sheet...

Today we had to do a test at the end of our time unit. I got a score of 68 %. The questions I got wrong were the ones about past and to and also digital clocks. I know my hour times and half past times.  In the pretest I got 52 % so I think I have improved a lot.
